He was very knowledgeable, good with the kids, and made our group feel safe out on the river. (We had a few who had never been on a kayak before.)   We had so much fun on our tour! We saw comb jellyfish, dolphins, beautiful spoonbills, egrets, herons, osprey, and pelicans catching fish!
The launch spot was great, and Alex had... read more a great tone, and we learned so much about horseshoe crabs and all the mangroves, and shells, like the welt, the crown, and the tulip! I don't know how he saw these under the water to show us, but he has an eagle eye!

So we had to try to turn around going against the waves all by ourselves while they went on ahead. We were not pleased to say the least. Would not recommend with kids. They did refund us though.
